I didn't know what I wanted to do. I had over a decade of corporate track in retail public relations and brand management. I had amazing mentors, wonderful opportunities, a well developed skillset in my chosen career. But the spark wasn't there.

I went on a burnout hiatus.

I wanted a more personal connection to what I did for a living. So I switched gears, and started focusing on startups, boutique brands and communities - and had to recalibrate my business worldview. Here were people who first and foremost did what they loved, and then formed a business around it. It lit a fire in me. It reaffirmed that my passion is to work with passionate people.

So I took a leap, and made my passion a reality.

Today, I do what I love. I build the business solutions that people need to succeed in their digital spaces, their dream jobs, and their communities while still maintaining their work/life balance, their passion, their joy. Which allows me to maintain my work/life balance, my passion, my joy.

Which is a very fancy way to say- we're better when we build together.
